Customer Challenge
A federal agency identified a critical gap in its intelligence infrastructure: the absence of real-time predictive analytics. To coordinate and enhance special operations, the agency needed to conduct global assessments, integrate cross-agency data seamlessly, and deliver unified intelligence capable of detecting and communicating changes with precision.
The challenge was threefold: simplify the complex coordination among stakeholders for model development, strengthen processes for feature engineering and training dataset creation, and improve the accuracy of predictive models. Additionally, the agency sought to leverage machine learning to establish new standards for reproducibility, registry, and traceability within its analytical workflows.
