Navitas partnered with a leading secondary mortgage company to tackle challenges with their IT infrastructure. Their existing platform suffered from siloed and disorganized data, leading to severe performance issues when trying to retrieve critical information. Compounding these problems was an unsupported, legacy IT infrastructure riddled with single points of failure, dramatically increasing the risk of downtime and potential data loss.
